Academia Jacobus Stainer (Baroque Orchestra)

Founded: Wilten, Tyrol, Austria

The Baroque orchestra Academia Jacobus Stainer was founded by Johannes Stecher. It is comprised of international Bach specialists and some of the best Tyrol Baroque musicians together (including members of the Concentus Musicus Wien of Nikolaus Harnoncourt and other leading original instrument ensembles.
