Heidrun Blaser (Soprano)

Born: Dinkelsbühl, Germany

The German soprano, Heidrun Blaser, studied at the Hochschule für Musik Nürnberg-Augsburg, in the singing class of Jan Hammar. She finished her studies in 2001 with diploma of opera singer and diploma of singing teacher.

Since September 2001, Heidrun Blaser is engaged in the choir of the Staatstheater am Gärtnerplatz. In addition to her work as 1st choir soprano at the Theater, she fulfils roles as soprano soloist, especially in the field of sacred music. At the Staatstheater am Gärtnerplatz she has sung small roles in Benjamin Britten's Death in Venice (French Girl) and W.A. Mozart's Le Nozze di Figaro.
