James Eby (Bass)

Born: 1911 - Saskatoon, Canada

The Canadian bass, James Eby, was heard first over CRBC radio in 1933. In 1946 he left Canada to study in New York. He has toured with opera companies in Canada and the USA and has recorded with the Early Music Foundation of New York. He made his home in Wallkillm, NY.
