The Hungarian soprano, Márta Fers, graduated in 1992 with honours from the Budapest Franz Liszt Academy of Music. She continued her studies in Vienna with the Ministry scholarship, and in 1992 at the Stuttgart Bach Academy. She was the winner of competitions in Barcelona and Pretoria.
Márta Fers has appeared in many European countries on stage, in oratorio productions, and contrbuted to many radio, television and sound recordings. In 1996, she performed made guest appearance with Pál Németh directing his ensemble Capella Savaria at Gotha’s Ekhof Theatre on the occasion of the 275th birthday of Georg Benda anniversary festival. |
