The Swiss mezzo-soprano, Antonia Frey, studied classical singing at the Zürcher Hochschule der Künste. She received her diploma in January 2007 in the singing class of Professor Lena Hauser. Since February 2007 she studied in the concert class of Werner Güra. She attended master-classes with Jill Feldman, Bodil Guemo, Paula de Vit and Margreet Honig. She was both winner of the Kiwanis-Liedwettbewerb and scholarship holder of the Friedl Wald-Stiftung.
As a soloist, Antonia Frey has sung in various concerts in Switzerland. Chamber music also plays a large role in her artistic endeavors. Since January 2007 she is a member of the vocal ensemble Schola Seconda Pratica of the J.S. Bach-Stiftung, St. Gallen. |
