The Israeli mezzo-soprano, Sigal Haviv, studied cpiano at the Israel Conservatory Tel Aviv (1974-1979); Ppiano at Talama Yelin in Givatayim, Israel (1978-1984); Musicology and Opera Singing at Tel Aviv University (1990-1994); Opera Singing at Internationale Bachakademie Stuttgart (1994); Singing at Hochschule für Musik und darstellende Kunst Wien (1995-1998).

Since 1999 she lives in Kfar-Saba, Israel
