Egon Hoss (Tenor)

Born: 1933 (?)
Died: November 1, 2012

The German tenor and singing teacher, Egon Hoss, was artistic assistant for singing and speech education at the Hochschule für Musik Mainz from 1968 to 1998. He was a major initiator for the introduction of Lied accompaniment, which was of particular concern to him, and has made a special contribution to the education of students. Among his pupils: Ute Kloosterziel, Rudolf Nattermann, Werner Schüßler (Tenor)
