Susanne Kirchesch (Soprano)

Born: Germany

The German soprano, Susanne Kirchesch, received her first musical training at the Musikschule Gladbeck in the subjects of violin, singing, piano and classical ballet. After the exams she began her singing studies at the university for music Hochschule für Musik “Hanns Eisler“, first with Professor Brenda Mitchell and since 1999 with Professor Anneliese Fried. In 1998 she participated in a master-class for early music with Harry van the Kamp.

In December 2000, Susanne Kirchesch sang at the Französischen Dom Berlin the soprano part in the performance of George Frideric Handel’s Messiah with Ensemberlino Vocale and in January 2001 the role of Belinda in Purcell’s Dido & Aeneas, in a production of JEB-Berlin.
