Maarten Kooy was organist-cantor at Oude Kerk in Soest from 1950 to 1971. Later he was the cantor of Utrecht Cathedral, and for a long time gave weekly concerts there with his choir. He married Aletta Pols on December 5, 1955. His son is the bass singer Peter Kooy. |
