Misa Lamdark (Mezzo-soprano)

Born: Switzereland

The Swiss mezzo-soprano, Misa Lamdark (Jäggin), studied classical guitar, choral conducting and then post-graduate studies of music education at the University of Zürich.

From 1996 to 2014, Misa Lamdark (Jäggin) taught classical guitar. Since the beginning of 2014 she works as volunteer with the development of the "Laienpools»" at Zürcher Sing-Akademie. In May 2014, she was employed as a project manager. The Laienpools remains an important part of her work; moreover she is also responsible for organizing Zürcher Sing-Akademie's concert projects.

Today, Misa Lamdark (Jäggin) is active as a singer in the Zürcher Sing-Akademie and in various project choirs, including the a-capella vocal ensemble Sangis and the Chor der J.S. Bach-Stiftung (Director: Rudolf Lutz).
