Goldberg Trio Lucerne (String Trio)

Founded: Lucerne, Switzerland

The Goldberg Trio Lucerne is a union of three young, internationally established and accomplished soloists who here impart their flair for precise chamber musical play. The Goldberg Variations (BWV 988) by J.S Bach in the trio's own adaptation for string trio, which strictly adheres to the urtext, occupies a central position in the repertoire. This adaptation was produced with a devotion to detail and loyalty to the urtext.
