Vladimir Naparin (Tenor)

Born: January 9, 1954 - Saint Petersburg, Russia

The Russian tenor, Vladimir Naparin (Russian: Владимир Напарин), studied at the Faculty of solo singing (факультет сольного пения), Rimsky-Korsakov Academy of Music (Академия музыки им. Римского-Корсакова) in Saint Petersburg (Class of 1980). He rec eived ta grant from The Charitable Foundation for the Support of the Music of Elena Obraztsova (Благотворительный Фонд поддержки музыкального искусства Елены Образцовой).

Vladimir Naparin was soloist at the Small Opera House (малый оперный театр). In March 1988, he sang Robert Schumann's Dichterliebe with the pianist Pavel Egorov at the Small Philharmonic Hall in Saint Petersburg. After immigrating to Israel, he has performed with the Israeli Chamber Opera and the New Israeli opera in Tel-Aviv. He currently lives in Rehovot, Israel.
