The Bulgarian oboist, Kalin Pasnajotov, studied at National School of Arts (JMC) "Dobri Hristov" in Varna, (Class of 1979); and at National School of Music (SMU) "Lyubomir Pipkov" & National School of Music (SMU) "Lyubomir Pipkov" (Class of 1988). He studied oboe at Muzikalna Academia "Pancho Vladigerov" (Class of 1988), and at State Academy of Music Sofia (Class of 1995).
Kalin Pasnajotov is Principal Oboe in DMT "Stefan Makedonski" (ДМТ "Стефан Македонски") since September 1994 and works also at National Music Theatre in Sofia. He is also a member of the instrumental Baroque ensemble Ars Barocca. He got married in 1999 and has a daughter Rumi Panajotova. He currently lives in Sofia, Bulgaria. |
