Angelika Reinhard (Soprano)

Born: Heidelberg, Germany

The German soprano, Angelika Reinhard, studied singing at the Staatlichen Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst in Frankfurt am Main with Professor Elsa Cavelti. The winner of several singing competitions, she participated in interpretation courses for Baroque music with Paul Esswood and attended master-classes with Laura Sarti and Klesie Kelly.

Angelika Reinhard appears with great success on the opera stage, but is also a very popular singer with her extensive repertoire in the fields of oratorio and Lieder singing. Her numerous concerts at home and abroad include appearances at the Stuttgart Liederhalle, the Tonhalle St. Gallen, the Salzburg Cathedral and the Musikverein in Vienna.

Angelika Reinhard has also participated in CD productions as well as in recordings with various broadcasters.
