Susanne von Sicherer (Soprano)

Born: Munich (?), Germany

The German soprano, Susanne von Sicherer, studied singing at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Munich and specialised in music of the Renaissance and the Baroque. Already during her studies she performed at many church concerts

In 1986 Susanne von Sicherer founded with Christoph von Sicherer the Münchner Vokalduo. Since 1989, she is vocal soloist with the Capella Monacensis. In 1990, she became a lecturer in singing at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Munich. In the same year, she joined the soloist ensemble of the Liebfrauendom in Munich, the Capella Cathedralis. She has performed mostly sacred music at home and abroad.
