Tom Sol (Bass)

Born: Holland

The Dutch bass, Tom Sol, studied at the Amsterdam Sweelinck Conservatory under Cora Cannes Meijer and later under Bernard Diamant.

Since then, Tom Sol has sung virtually every important baritone part in the operas of Mozart, George Frideric Handel, Puccini, Wagner, Igor Stravinsky and Strauss. In addition he has since been active at home and abroad as a singer in oratorios and concerts, as well as of Lieder.

Tom Sol has made a number of CD and radio recordings.
