Kristina Svanberg (Piano)

Born: 1949 - Karlskoga, Sweden

The Swedish pianist and music teacher, Kristina Svanberg, wass born in Karlskoga, where she also grew up. In 1970, she graduated as a piano teacher at the School of Music Education at Orbero College. She also studied with Gottfrid Boon and Berit Tohver.

Kristina Svanberg teached music at Ljungkile Folk High School. She is also an active chamber musician and soloist, and has played a number of concerts on Swedish Radio. She can also be heard on the albums "Sven-Erik Bäck - Portrait of a Composer" (Proprius, 1989), and "Romanza" (Prophone, 1992)
