Karol Teutsch (Conductor)

Born: March 12, 1921 - Krakow, Poland
Died: November 25, 1992 - Warsaw (Warszawa), Poland

The Polish conductor, Karol Teutsch, was musical director of the Warsaw Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra in the 1960's and 1970s'. Under his leadership the ensemble achieved success playing concerts worldwide. For many years (from the late 1970's) he was also artistic director of Wrocław Chamber Orchestra Leopoldinum.
