Peter Ullrich (Bass-Baritone)

Born: Neustadt an der Weinstraße, Germany

The German bass-baritone, Peter Ullrich, received his first singing instruction in Mannheim with Edith Jäger. He studied solo singing study with Hanno Blaschke at Musikhochschule Munich, with diploma examination and conclusion of the master-class. Further training in Munich with Franz Reuter-Wolf, and in Salzburg with Rudolf Knoll, courses for Baroque music in London with Jessica Cash, and in Vienna with Nikolaus Harnoncourt. He is the winner of several singing competitions.

Peter Ullrich serves as a professor for singing at the Innsbruck Expositur of the University of Mozarteum Salzburg. He is active internationally as a Lieder and oratorio singer, co-operating with numerous broadcast and television productions.
