This television series follows the adventures and lives of FBI agents investigating those cases that involve the paranormal or previously unsolved (especially by conventional means). FBI Special Agents Mulder, Scully, Doggett and Reyes work to uncover forces within the United States of America government that would violate people's rights, alien creatures and monsters alike that attack and other mysteries. FBI agents Fox Mulder and Dana Scully are not the same at all. Mulder is a believer in the paranormal while Scully is not. Together, they investigate paranormal cases which takes them all the way to alien conspiracies within our government and even puts their lives and careers at risk. Together, they try to solve the mysteries within our government, no matter what they have to do, and along the way they try to solve any other case that's related to the paranormal. (yatessixecho)

A Sioux City girl, whose mother once encountered a UFO, disappears in the middle of the night. Mulder pulls Scully into the case while an inquiry is made about his choices: does he intend to use this case to further the search for his own abducted sister? (EJS)
