The American bass, David Ames., obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Music, Chemistry from the Cornell University.

Davis Ames has worked as Assistant to the President at Andover Newton Theological School (July 2004-June 2018); Sacristan at Marsh Chapel at Boston University (since 2004); Operations Manager at Back Bay Chorale in Boston (since 2008); Executive Assistant to the Bishop Suffragan at Episcopal Diocese of Massachusetts in Boston (since July 2018). He also sings bass in Marsh Chapel Choir of Boston University (Director: Scott Allen Jarrett).
