Gábor Bartinai (Bass)

Born: Hungary

The hubgarian bass and corépétiteur, Gabor Bartinai, studied at the Dunakeszi Music School (now Francis Wolf School of Music) specializing in piano; Béla Bartók Vocational Secondary School - music composition; Leo Weiner Music School; Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music - composition His main teachers were: Emil Petrovich (compostion), Tibor Erkel (piano), Emilia Varasdy, Géza Oberfrank, and Tamás Pál. He attended courses at Summer Music Camp Balassagyarmat as piano accompanist (2003-2007) with Nador Magdánál and Nicholas Clapton, Julia Hamari, Eva Marton and Anna Reynolds. In 2004 was awarded the Pless Laszlo Prize.

Gabor Bartinai works as corépétiteur at the Hungarian State Opera.
