The Canadia counter-tenor, James Dyck, is completing a Bachelor of Music degree and a Linguistics Major in the Arts & Science Faculty at the University of Toronto.
James Dyck has lived in Toronto for the past four years. He has performed as a chorister and soloist with groups including Early Music Alberta, Theatre of Early Music (Director: Daniel Taylor), and Trinity Bach Project, as well as the Schola Cantorum and Collegium Musicum ensembles at the University of Toronto. In addition to his love and interest in singing and early music, he also enjoys dreaming up and baking delicious creations for his friends and family. He is thrilled to be joining Tafelmusik Baroque Orchestra & Chamber Choir for the upcoming season. |
