The Krean-American bass-baritone, Benjamin Ferriby, developed an early appreciation for choral music during his boy chorister years with the world-renowned Saint Thomas Choir of Men & Boys in New York City, then directed by John G. Scott. As a high school senior he sang with the Yale Camerata and the Camerata Chamber Singers under the direction of Marguerite L. Brooks. He obtained his Bachelor of Music degree from DePauw University, where he also minored in Italian language studies (2016-2020); and his Master's degree in Music from Yale University (2020-May 2022). He currently lives in Hamden, Connecticut. |
