Mario Guiot (Bass)

Born: Spain

The Spanish bass singer, actor and music/voice coach, Mario Guiot Tenorio, obtained his Master of Arts degree from the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Valencia Joaquín Rodrigo.

Mario Guiot has 27 years of experience as an opera and modern popular music singer, a soloist with symphony orchestras at international festivals, and a 22-year career as a theater actor, musical theater performer, cabaret musician, voice-over artist, and dubbing artist. He is also a conductor of orchestras, ensembles, and choirs, and a voice teacher currently based in Valencia, Spain.

His opera roles include: Don Giovanni, Leporello, Masetto in W.A. Mozart's Don Giovanni; Count, Figaro in W.A. Mozart's Le nozze di Figaro; Guglielmo, Don Alfonso in W.A. Mozart's Così fan tutte; Publio in W.A. Mozart's La clemenza di Tito; Belcore, Dulcamara in L'elisir d'amore; Malatesta in Don Pasquale; Don Profondo in Il Viaggio a Reims; Schaunard in La bohème; Yamadori in Madame Butterfly; Angelotti in Tosca.
