Emilie Jønsson (Soprano)

The Dane soprano, Emilie Christine Jønsson, studied classical singing at Syddansk Musikkonservatorium - SDMK (2017-2021). Since October 2021, she studied Baroque Singing at the Hochschule für Musik Mainz. In April 2023, she won the competition of the Hochschule für Musik Mainz. She presented a short programme about facets of love with charm and skill and convinced the jury. She was awarded the 4^th Heinz Frankenbach Preis and won 1000,- € in combination with a solo Baroque recital in the Hotel Frankenbach. The audience voting was also in favour of her, the coinciding voucher for music (200,-€) being granted by Schott Music Mainz.
