The Polish baritone, Adam Kamieniecki, has been immersed in music since his youngest years. He completed his piano education under Elżbieta Pyś at the Music Centre in Zamość in 2012. He studied voice with Professor Wiesława Grabek-Woś at the Karol Szymanowski Secondary State Music School in Zamość. He is a graduate of the Academy of Music in Łódź (Poland) in the singing class of Urszula Kryger, Dorota Radomska and Anna Werecka. He is a laureate and a finalist of numerous international singing competitions in Germany, Slovakia, Latvia, Russia, Croatia, Slovenia and Serbia, including: Finalist of the Giulio Perotti International Singing Competition in Ueckermuende (Germany, 2015), 3rd prize in the Rudolf Petrak International Singing Competition in Zilina (Slovakia, 2016), 2nd prize in the Imrich Godin International Vocal Competition IUVENTUS CANTI in Vrable (Slovakia, 2016), 2nd prize in the International Singing Competition Alida Vane Award in Ventspils (Latvia, 2016), Finalist and Special Prize for the Best Performance of a folk song from a participant's country in the Lidiya Abramova International Singing Competition Bella Voce in Moscow (Russia, 2017). He has performed in master-classes with renowned artists and pedagogues such as Professor Urszula Kryger, dr. Dorota Radomska and dr. Jacek Greszta. He frequently hones his skills under the supervision of renowned artists and pedagogues such as Albert Bonnema, Ulrike Hofbauer, Roberta Invernizzi, Regine Köbler, Urszula Kryger, Olga Pasiecznik, Dorota Radomska, Friedemann Röhlig, Ulrike Sonntag, Rainer Trost, and Beata Zawadzka-Kłos. He had also the pleasure of working with outstanding musicians: dr. Marina Belashuk, Maestro Diego Crovetti, Maestro Jacek Kraszewski and orchestras: Orchestra of the Academy of Art in Szczecin and Orchestra of the Karol Szymanowski Secondary State Music School in Zamość. For outstanding artistic achievements he received patronage of Ministry of Culture and National Heritage of Poland, Mayor of Zamość, District Authority Office in Zamość and PKP Linie Hutnicze Szerokotorowe spółka z o.o. in Zamość.
In 2021 Adam Kamieniecki made his opera debut in the Polish premiere of Jean-Philippe Rameau’s opera Platée (the role of Cithéron). Thus far his artistic activities focus primarily on performing early music at numerous festivals (e.g. 21st Touring Festival of the Łódź Philharmonic, Mid Europe Early Music Festival, Bach 200 UW, Eastern Festival of Baroque Music). Only in 2022 he had the opportunity of working with renowned orchestras such as Capella Cracoviensis, Altberg Ensemble, Zamosc Baroque Orchestra and Collegium Musicum Riga. He is an artistic director and a member of the early music ensemble "Alba del Mondo". He is also an organizer of cultural events - he is an artistic director of the annual Eastern Festival of Baroque Music MUSICA DELL'ANIMA in Zamość. |
