The Russian soprano, Tatiana (Tatyana) Kokoreva, graduated from the conducting and vocal faculty of the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory. She has taken part in master-classes with Julia Lezhneva and Deborah York.
Tatiana Kokoreva is a soloist with the choir of the Moscow Conservatory, Moscow Synodal Choir, Boris Pevzner Ensemble, State Academic Chamber Orchestra of Russia under Alexey Utkin, Musica Viva Chamber Orchestra, Moscow under Alexander Rudin and others. She participates in projects of vocal ensembles Questa Musica (Director: Philippe Chizhevsky), Intrada Vocal Ensemble (Director: Ekaterina Antonenko), Eidos (Director: Andrew Kaplanov) and others. She has performed at many well known locations, including the Grand Hall of the Conservatory, Bolshoi Theatre, “Novaya Opera” theatre, Moscow Philharmonic and Moscow International House of Music. She has sung outside Russia, in Azerbaijan, China, France, Germany, Monte Carlo, and recently in Cyprus (2016); at the Philharmonic of Muslim Magomayev in Baku, the hall of the Opera Garnier in Monte Carlo, and the Schlosskapelle in Dresden. Additionally, she has participated in various international festivals and charity concerts in France, China, Germany and Cyprus. She took part in a series of concerts with the ensemble Le Poème Harmonique (France) under the direction of Vincent Dumestre in 2015. Her repertoire includes classical opera arias, romances by Russian and foreign composers in Russia and Europe, and she also specialises in the performance of contemporary vocal music. She lives and works in Moscow. |
