Louise Skovbæch Korsholm (Soprano)

Born: Frederiksberg, Denmark

The Danish soprano, Louise Skovbæch Korsholm, studied at Sankt Annæ Gymnasium in Valby, Copenhagen.

Louise Skovbæch Korsholm sings with a number of Danish ensembles and specializes in new and early music. From 2002 to 2013, she was a member of Ars Nova Copenhagen (Director: Paul Hillier). She sings with Theatre of Voices and works freelance with the Danish National Radio Choir/DR and the DR VokalEnsemblet.

Besides being a singer, Louise Skovbæch is working as concert manager and producer. She is is working as producer for Theatre of Voices, and is in the board of Ars Nova Copenhagen. She serves as church and cultural worker and Music Director at Trinitatis Kirke in Copenhagen. She currently lives in Copenhagen, Denmark.
