Robin Liebwerth (Bass)

Born: 1995 - Germany

The German bass, Robin Liebwerth, began his vocal training at the age of 7 as a member of the Essener Domsingknaben. He studied singing at the Robert-Schumann-Hochschule Düsseldorf in Thomas Laske's class (October 2014-October 2022).

Robin Liebwerth appeared in opera productions, including as Zettel in the production of Benjamin Britten's Midsummer Night's Dream and Gioacchino Rossini's La Cenerentola by in the role of Alidoro. In addition, he developed an extensive repertoire in oratorio. Since the 2019-2020 season, he has been a permanent member of the opera choir at the Theater Krefeld und Mönchengladbach in 2nd bass. In the current season he can be seen as a soloist in Rigoletto (Bailiff) and Salome (5th Jew). He is also a member of Chorus Musicus Köln (Director: Christoph Spering).
