Michigan Bach Collective (Period-instruments Ensemble)

Founded: Detruit, Michigan, USA

The cellist Debra Lonergan founded the Michigan Bach Collective to help foster historically informed performances of larger works. Performances include Michigan’s first Monteverdi Vespers of 1610, J.S. Bach's cantatas, Easter Oratorio BWV 249 and Mass in B minor BWV 232.
