The American baritone, Salvatore E. Montero, is currently a junior Music Education major at William Paterson University. His voice teacher is Dr. Christopher Herbert.
Salvatore Montero has been a part of numerous productions with the William Paterson Voice Department, playing the roles of Jamie in Jason Robert Brown’s The Last Five Years, Bacchus in Jacques Offenbach’s Orpheus in the Underworld, and Count Almaviva in W.A. Mozart's Le Nozze di Figaro. He will be playing the role of Masetto in W.A. Mozart's Don Giovanni, and will be covering for the role of Count Almaviva in Le Nozze di Figaro with the Prague Summer Nights Opera Company. He has been Choral Director at Warren Hills Regional High School since August 2023. He currently lives in Washington, New Jersey. |
