The Ukrainian mezzo-soprano, Liliya Nikithuk, started her music studying and activities from the early age, took part in numerous musical collectives. Finished music school like violin player and entered Lutsk Pedagogical College on a faculty “Music teacher”, which finished with Honors Diploma. She is a laureate of different Youth Ukrainian and International competitions and festivals. She continued music education at Lviv National Music Academy on Vocal faculty (Professor L. Bozhko). She is a laureate of the International Competition “21st Century Art” in Vorzel, 2011. She improved her professional vocal skills in Italy; participated in Rossini Opera Academy 2016 (Professor A. Zedda) and numerous master-classes with K. Kaludov, N. Schikoff, D. Vdovin, D. Zola, B. Hurley, Silke Schwarz, G. Zappa, and P. Curran.
Since 2011 Liliya Nikithuk is involved in many projects of Lviv National Philharmonic Orchestra. In October 2017 she was selected to Lviv National Opera and Ballet Theater, where in period of 2017-2018 she performed several solo recitals in Mirror Hall. In October 2018 under the baton of T. Kuchar she performed solo part in Pulcinella by Igor Stravinsky. In July 2018 she performed alto-solo in W.A. Mozart's Missa in C (KV 257) at Lviv MozArt Festival, Conductor - Oksana Lyniv. She performed at 2018 Jan Kiepura Festival (Poland, Krynica-Zdroj) with Lviv National Philharmonic Orchestra, conductor- Volodymyr Syvokhip. From December 2018 to February 2019 she had “Johann Strauss Gala” tour with INSO-Lviv National Philharmonic Orchestra in Poland. In April 2019 she participated in “Mozart-Gala” Kharkiv Music Fest under the baton of Andriy Yurkevych.
Liliya Nikithuk is co-operating with various art agencies, toured in Poland, France, Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Switzerland. She currently lives in |
