The German mezzo-soprano and music teacher, Josefine [Josephine] Rücker, studied at Goethe Gymnasium Rutheneum in Gera and at the Hochschule für Musik "Carl Maria von Weber" in Dresden. During her studies there she sang the role of Meg Page in G. Verdi's opera Falstaff (March 2013), and in Engelbert Humperdinck's opera Hänsel und Gretel (Septenber 2015). She is a member of Dresdner Kammerchor (Director: Hans-Christoph Rademann). She currently lives in Leipzig. |
