Schola Cantorum Venerandae Fabricae (Vocal & Instrumental Ensemble)

Founded: 2025 - Milano, Italy

The Schola Cantorum Venerandae Fabricae (SCVF) was established in 2025 by the Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo di Milano, with the aim of promoting and supporting young professionals on an international level. This ensemble is dedicated specifically to concert performances grounded in scholarship and research; it is recognised for its methodological rigour and the quality of its research, with a specialisation in Renaissance sacred music. The ensemble is under the direction of Monsignor Massimo Palombella, who also serves as the Superintendent of the Musical Heritage of the Veneranda Fabbrica.
