The German soprano, Marion Schöller [Schoeller], began to study singing during her law studies at the University of Cologne. She received first singing training at the Dürener Musikschule, with with Professor Edith Kertesz, at the Musikhochschule Köln, and with the American soprano Dinah Bryant in Brussels. After several master-classes she completed her vocal training exclusively with the Kammersänger Kurt Moll. Since then, she was frequently a singing partner with Kurt Moll on stage.
Marion Schöller has established her name as a concert and oratorio singer at home and abroad. Concert engagements have taken her to the USA and Asia. Her repertoire includes classic oratorio and concert areas, numerous operatic roles and outstanding vocal works by contemporary composers.
Marion Schöller has participated in numerous productions on television and radio, sang the soprano part in the movie Ein Mann für jede Tonart and has released 2 CD’s. |
