The German mezzo-soprano, Carmen Schüller graduated from the Robert Schumann Music School in Düsseldorf in 2002, having studied with Brigitte Dürrler and Celina Lindsley.
Carmen Schüller has appeared in operatic roles, such as, Cherubino in W.A. Mozart's Le nozze di Figaro and the "messagera" in Monteverdi's Orfeo. She is a member of several ensembles specializing in Baroque music. In June 2004 she participated in a performance of J.S. Bach's Matthäus-Passion (BWV 244) conducted by Hermann Max at the Israel Festival Jerusalem. |
