Agata Szmuk (Mezzo-soprano)

The Polish mezzo-soprano, Agata Szmuk, obtained her Bachelor's degree in Vocal studies from the Akademia Muzyczna im. Grażyny i Kiejstuta Bacewiczów in Łódź (2014-2018); studied Lieder Singing under Erasmus Scholarship at the Hochschule für Musik Karlsruhe (2019); obtained her Master's degree in Vocal studies from the Akademia Muzyczna im. Grażyny i Kiejstuta Bacewiczów in Łódź; and obtained her Master's degree in Lieder Singing from the Hochschule für Musik Karlsruhe (October 2020-July 2022).

In Poland, Agata Szmuk has been a singer in the choir of Artur Rubinstein Filharmonia in Łódź (since January 2018); choir singer in Queen Symfonicznie (since November 2023); and sings with Filharmonia Narodowa in Warsaw (since March 2024). In Germany, she sang with SWR Vokalensemble Stuttgart (August 2020-August 2021); and is a member of the RIAS-Kammerchor Berlin (since December 2023; Director: Justin Doyle). She currently lives in Łódź, Poland.
