The American soprano/mezzo-soprano and music teacher, Rachel S. Webb, obtained her Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Vocal Performance from East Carolina University (2011-2015); her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from East Carolina University (2015-2016); and her Master of Music degree in Vocal Pedagogy from New England Conservatory of Music (2016-2018).
Rachel Webb is a member of Cantata Singers. She has worked as Private voice and piano teacher at MJs Music School in Waltham, Massachusett (October 2018-July 2023); Jesse Stiglich Music School (since May 2022); Franklin School for the Performing Arts (since September 2022); and Thayer Academy (since October 2022). Her singing has been praised as angelic with great clarity of tone, her performances called captivating, and her teaching is exceptionally well-rounded, guiding lessons that are consistently focused on efficient breath management, balanced production, smooth transitions through registers, emotionally-motivated singing, confidence on stage, and improvement of music reading skills. She currently lives in Boston, Massachusetts. |
