The Hungarian mezzo-soprano, Diána Hajdú, graduated from the Pécs Academy of Music with a degree in piano and studied at the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music as a répétiteur. Her educational qualification: Szent István Király Music Secondary School, Bp. (1992-1995) composition department; Béla Bartók Secondary School of Music, Vác (1991-1995) piano department; PTE MK BLZTI Pécs (1996-2000) piano teacher, chamber musician; Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music (2001-2003) accompanist. In 2002, during her studies at the Academy of Music, she came into contact with singing through mandatory voice training. Her teachers were: Catherine Burdock, István Gáti, Katalin Halmai, Magda Nador, Margit Kaposy (currently).
Diána Hajdú is a singer and member of the Hungarian State Opera House Choir. Her main singing roles: Cherubino in W.A. Mozart's Le nozze di Figaro, Sextus in W.A. Mozart's La clemenza di Tito, Paulina in Tchaikovsky's Queen of Spades, Olga in Tchaikovsky's Onegin, Siebel in Charles Gounod's Faust, Rosina in Rossini's Il barbiere di Siviglia, Mallika in Delibes's Lakmé, directed by Ferenc Anger (2011).
Diána Hajdú currently lives in Budapest and has been a member of
the Pestújhely Reformed Church since 2011. She participates in the church service as the organist of the church, the leader of the choir, and the enthusiastic organizer of the musical programs. They organize several concerts and musical devotions every year. On their invitation have performed: Moholy-Nagy Művészeti Egyetem Momento Kamarakórusa, Ars Renata Szólóének-Együttes, Presto Kamaraegyüttes, Szervánszky Kvartett. |
