The Spanish soprano, Jone Martínez, began her musical apprenticeship at the Conservatorio de Leioa, singing in the children's choir Leioa Kantika Korala and studying guitar, before starting the singing studies with Olatz Saitua at the Conservatorio Juan Crisóstomo de Arriaga in Bilbao. In 2013, she obtained a degree in Pedagogy of Musical Language and Musical Education by Musikene, Conservatorio Superior de Música en San Sebastián where she is currently finishing her lyrical singing studies with Maite Arruabarrena (vocal technique) and Maciej Pikulski (interpretation and repertoire).
