The German choral conductor, organist and church musician, Christoph Emanuel Seitz, studied church music at the Musikhochschule in Munich (organ with Professor Hedwig Bilgram, piano with Gottfried Hefele, choral conducting with Professor Max Frey and orchestral conducting with Professor Hanns-Martin Schneidt). He also attened master-classes in conducting with MD Stefan Fraas, Frieder Bernius and Professor Helmuth Rilling.
Since 1990, Christoph Emanuel Seitz is Kantor and organist at the Evangelisch-Lutherischen Christuskirche in Aschaffenburg and Dekanatskantor in the Deanery of Aschaffenburg. In this capacity he directs the Aschaffenburger Kantorei and in 1990 he founded the Bachcollegium Aschaffenburg.
