Henning Jensen (Tenor)

Born: 1982 - Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, Germany

The German tenor, Henning Jensen, received his first musical education at the Knabenchor Collegium Iuvenum Stuttgart with solo work. He received two laureate of "Jugend musiziert", as a soloist an in a vocal trio. He studied singing at the Musikhochschule Stuttgart with Professor Bernhard Jaeger-Böhm.

Henning Jensen has appeared as a soloist and in numerous choirs and ensembles from the Stuttgart area in Canada, Japan, South Korea, Israel and Europe. Enrichment of his musical career by participating in concerts conducted by Vladimir Ashkenazy, Helmuth Rilling, Gary Bertini, Frieder Bernius. In the winter semester 2009-2010 he completed successfully post-graduate studies with Professor Cornelis Witthoefft. Since the beginning of 2009, he is a permanent member of the vocal ensemble The Singphoniker.
