The Belgian pianist, Claudine Orloff, studied at the Conservatoire Royal de Musique in Brussels, obtaining her Diplome superieur in Piano in the class of J. C. Vanden Eunden in 1985, and her Diplome superieur in Chamber Music in the class of A. Siwy in 1987. She also studied privately with B. Lemmens in 1985-1988. In 1985 she won the Ella Olin Prize in Brussels.
Claudine Orloff appears regularly as soloist and in chamber music; often includes contemporary works in recital programmes, including Van Rossum's 12 preludes (1986). She has given many concerts on 2 pianos with Burkard Spinnler in Belgium, France. Germany, including Musique en Sorbonne (Paris, July 1991).
