The German soprano, Ulrike Eidinger, studied singing at the Music Academy Hanns Eisler in Berlin with Peter Tschaplik and in the master-classes of Julia Varady and Wolfram Rieger.

Ulrike Eidinger has worked with Christoph Schlingensief in Kunst und Gemüse, Der Zwischenstand der Dinge, Eine Kirche der Angst vor dem Fremden in mir, with Thomas Ostermeier in Wunschkonzertand, with Vinge Vegard in Hin und Zurück, an opera by Paul Hindemith. She lives and works in Berlin.
