The Friends of Apollo (Instrumental & Vocal Ensemble)

Founded: 1979 - England

The friends of Apollo is a group of young instrumentalists and singers that specialises in Baroque music in both solo and ensemble form. Their repertoire has included works by Purcell, George Frideric Handel, Rameau, Leclair, Antonio Vivaldi and Biber in the numerous chamber concerts they have given since 1979.
