Ensamble Auris (Vocal Ensemble)

Founded: 2006 - Villa General Belgrano, Córdoba Province, Argentina

The Ensamble Auris is an independent group from Villa General Belgrano, which since 2006 has as its objective the interpretation and dissemination of the repertoire of original music for choir. Throughout his 13-year career, the ensemble has performed concerts as projects focused on the different eras of choral music with a defined profile in the music of the Baroque and Renaissance especially.

The Ensamble Auris, under the direction of Sebastián Olmedo, also aims to spread its interpretive work in its area of influence. From there they have participated and managed numerous concerts and cycles and in a few meetings. The Ciclo de Conciertos del Buen Pastor (Good Shepherd Concert Series), in the capital Córdoba, and the Encuentro Nacional de Coros en Gálvez (National Choir Encounter in Gálvez) (Santa Fe), capital of choral singing, stand out.
