The English soprano, Caroline Halls, obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Grade2:1 from University of Oxford (2012-2015); and her Master of Arts degree in Arts & Cultural Management Grade 2:1 from King's College London (2016-2018).
Caroline Halls is a self-employed singer since June 2016, working with various groups and churches across London and beyond. She was the soloist in J.S. Bach’s Christmas Oratorio (BWV 248) performed by the Salisbury Cathedral Choir and La Folia undrer David Halls (her father) at Salisbury Cathedral in December 2011. Recent work includes: An online concert focussed on Allegri's Miserere as part of The Marian Consort (Director: Rory McCleery) digital season; Joint-winning the 2020 London International Festival of Early Music's Young Ensemble Competition with Ensemble Pro Victoria. She is also active as fundraiser for several institutes, including Link UP London (since September 2020), Vache Baroque Festival (since November 2020), Play for Progress (since June 2021). |
