Katie Jeffries-Harris (Mezzo-soprano)

Born: England

The English mezzo-soprano, Katie Jeffries-Harris, started singing with the National Youth Choirs when she was 12 and has been hooked ever since. An alumna of Chetham’s School of Music, she went on to study Music at Oxford University with a choral scholarship to Somerville College (September 2013-July 2016).

Katie Jeffries-Harris was a member of Somerville College Choir during her time at Oxford University; sang as Section Leader in National Youth Choirs of Great Britain (January 2016-December 2017); and was Conducting Scholar and Assistant Administratorin of the award-winning Peterborough Sings! charity (February 2017-April 2018). Since August 2018, she is a member of Voces8 (Director: Barnaby Smith), singing alto.
