Fabiano Monica (Conductor)

The Italian conductor, Fabiano Monica, was widely respected in the Parma region. He served as artistic director of the Orchestra Sinfonica di Sanremo (1997-2004) and as president of the Boito Conservatory. He also was guest conductor of the Borusan Istanbul Philharmonic Orchestra, Orchestra Sinfonica di Sassari, and Orquesta Filarmónica de Bogotá. He died on August 31, 2017 after a long illness.
